Josep Enric Millo i Rocher (born 24 November 1960), is a Spanish politician for PP.

Biography He has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Professor of Economics and Organizational Structures at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (1987–1988), and the School of Tourism (1987–1989). He served as territorial delegate of the Department of Labor of the Generalitat of Catalonia, in Girona, between 1991 and 1995.

Career Millo, who began his political career as leader of the Democratic Union of Catalonia, has been a deputy of the Parliament of Catalonia some legislatures. He was the head of list of the PP in Gerona for the elections to the Parliament of Catalonia of 2010.
